Ballast pump kicking off breaker

One of my ballast pumps will run for 5-10 seconds then kick out the breaker, anyone had this problem before

Pop the motor cartridge out of the housing and make sure there is no trash in it.

Pop the motor cartridge out of the housing and make sure there is no trash in it.

Popped the motor out and ran it out of the cartridge still does the same thing, mother slows down right before it kicks out the breaker, I'm guessing motor is probably bad
