So when I had my Rz2 this is what I ran and it was killer . 1100lbs in each rear locker 400 each side in the bow on top of the factory pro ballast . 1235 prop , my own custom taps plate and custom suckgate as well .

Once you get all Ballasted up, you can run a 15" prop with adequate clearance. I run an Acme 2315 (12 pitch) at elevation of 2700 ft, and 3200 lbs ballast, and it is sweet. Expect your top speed to drop by about 5-6 mph.
