Fill and empty hose's

I am trying to revamp my factory ballast to utilize to pumps just for one side of my bow bag. I want to use those pumps for some drop in bags.
I would like to use the same type of hose but I can't seem to find. figure what it's called. I took a small sample to Home depot & Lowes they have now clue.
Thoughts on what it is?
Or what does everyone use for their fill hoe's?

Looking for about 20 feet of it that would give me extra.
This stuff must be a mystery hose, Or I don't know how to search for it.
