Bow Ballast Drain Thru Hull Location

I'm installing an under seat u-shaped bow sac with dual aerator drains. What's the consensus on the location of the thru-hull, above or below the rub rail? I have decent access to either location. My rears are above since I needed to get high as possible to get above the bag but this isn't much of a factor for the bow sac. Note: My starboard rears aren't shown in this pic, just installed them a few days ago.

I can't see it making a difference in performance. So I would put them above so they match the rears, making it a look more factory.

No difference performance wise. Looks like your bilge is below on the right side but your ballast is above on the other. I put all mine below to try to make it look the same. If you went above with the ballast on the right side as well I'd go above upfront too.
