Here is a pic from today, I have an 08 RZ4 with stock 250# hard tanks and a pair of 750# bags from chpthril full with a Ronix Wakeshaper. No weight in the bow. I had myself and 5 passengers. It is not picky about seating for most riders but prefers a little more weight on the surf side for me on the goofy side (I am 6'1" 250#). The wave is up to my waist and has enough push for me to ride with my back foot in the curl. I am more than happy with my setup and since getting the Wakeshaper, I have stopped thinking about a new boat. We can switch sides as fast as we trade riders and get a great wave on both sides.
Taps is set at 1 in this pic, we have not gone over Taps at 3 because it shortens the wave, but if you want a giant wall of water, Taps 8 will do just that.
The RZ4 needs weight, 2000# total in the rear works for me.
