Regular side i could run at 11.2, but goofy side did not have enough push at that speed. I dropped to 10.4 goofy side and push was great. I went ropeless as long as I wanted goofy side and i am 6'5" 285 lbs. I figure if i can ride it anyone can.

Try the Taps at 4 and speed at 11.6 on the goofy side. I have found that with the surf assist devices I can run higher spped and lower Taps to get a longer wave with the same push as I got going slower with the Taps set higher. Also, good move putting the Delta higher on the hull, we have seen the best results when we put the devices just below the waterline when underway.
