Starboard rear locker bag not filling

Just installed a automatic ballast system the other day in my 20v. First day I tested it everything worked great. Second time it will not fill. I placed the thru hull fitting, cut off and pump above the transmission under the rear seats have a brass check valve then anti siphon loop. Pump is running when I flip the switch but not sucking water. I have the tsunami 800gph pumps. Im pretty sure I have the pump located below the water line. Not sure what my issue could be

You have your answer. Got pics? I would love to to see the brass (should be bronze for a boat BTW) check valves and vented loops go away IMO. I like to design my system without these in fill plumbing unless we actually experience passive draining, or know for sure we will get draining through the fill line. However, I never use both a c/v and vented loop.

What sacs are you using?

I will take some pics tomorrow the other pump sits behind it and is a little higher and is working great. I took the line apart before the check valve with the pump running and wasn't getting any water. It's weird it filled the bags great the first time.

If an aerator pump(s) is indeed above the water line, it will never prime, this is for sure.
