Add Fill or Drain Port to Ballast Bag

I saw a post where Chpthril installed an extra fill/drain port in a fly high pro x sac. Where do I get these plastic fittings to glue into the bags? I'm thinking about getting the 1100lb jumbo surf sac but I need a drain port at both ends with my current setup.

If you are going to purchase a Fly High W719 Jumbo surf, then that problem is already solved for you.

Never mind, I just found this dual drain jumbo sac. I'm still curious on the fitting type for future use but I'll probably just spend the extra $20 for the dual drain sac.
