Looking good. Nice job. How much weight is that custom sac for the ve?

        Dukes,
I like the looks of your diverter valve set up. Where did you get that? I've got one extra pump in my set up that was used for two separate bags in the bow. Now I have only one bag in the bow and could use the extra pump to assist in filling the big bags in the back. Would that work do you think?

thanks guys, I got the valve from MLA however it did see it at a local marine store so you could one from either, wakemakers sells one too but more expensive. I am taking boat out this weekend so will have a better idea of the wake and so on. I just did a real quick test and it was about 6-7 min drain time but that was with boat on trailer so will see if different once sitting in lake. BCRider, the sac fills every nook and cranny up.

Love the placement of the switches and the reversible pumps. I want to do the install on my 24ve and this is very helpful. Thanks for posting all the pics. I know it is a pain but so helpful for folks like me. Thanks and congrats on the install.

                Looks great. Nicely done.

I was worried about filling the sacs on the trailer. I wasn't sure how the trailer (or the hull for that matter) would like the extra couple thousands pounds. Also, it would be biasing all the weight back behind the rear tires. Sounds like there were no issues.

Johnniemo, it never occurred to me about trailer. I had seen others do it so I did too. I backed in deep though so hopefully all is ok. 25cents no prob. This place has so much info I learned so just wanna give something back. If u need other pics let me know. I took more time hanging upside down, stuffed in the lockers and cutting my hands than the install actually took I think. Haha. I am super happy the way it all turned out though. Now gotta use it.

Just got back from the lake, Not sure if I have any pics of the wake as my wife was driving when I was surfing, and it was cold, the water was 58-60 and air one day was hi 60s but sunday hi 50s. So will do photos of wake next time, just too excited I forgot I guess. i filled all factory ballast and then the custom sac, set taps at 3, speed 11 and was on the one of the best waves I have ever been on I feel. Very clean face. Also was using a new board so that was in the mix too. Also I need lots more practice anyhow, but as soon as the boat was at speed I threw the rope as is was so easy to stay behind the boat, almost made my first 360, just need more time now to play, I was just so happy boat ran perfect, all plumbing and so on all worked perfect too, just to short a trip.

I was just out today with just my wife and 2 young kids and there was such a noticeable diff in wave from when I was at our cabin and had 1 dad at 225lbs, 2 adult woman say 130lb ea, 2 older kids say 100lbs ea, and my two little ones. with that boat load I filled all factory and the custom sac and then taps a 3 and spd at 11mph and the wave was pretty mackin, today I had to empty all factory ballast except rear surf corner and custom sac to get a good pushing wave, So I feel it is definitely necessary to have a 3-400lb sac on the seat with less people in the boat. anyhow that was my take. What are others doing with custom sac setups?

My wake was so good the very first time I went out when I had a crew in my boat, it has not been as good since so I just picked up a 400lb sac to go on the seat. Hopefully this will do the trick. Will let you all know after the weekend. supposed to be an awesome weekend. I will get to try out my diverter valve now too.

I often fill two fat bricks (150 each) and toss in the surf corner. It lets the passenger spread out more too without affecting the wave as much imho.
