Info Needed for the Surf/Pro ballast Plumbing

Im helping a fellow Tige owner convert his base level ballast to the PnP Surf/Pro level and need some pics and info. Trying to determine the exact plumbing below the false floor between the sac and hard tank. if someone would be willing to pull the floor up and snap some pics and sketch a simple schematic, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

What year and model? I have to pull the floor soon, maybe this weekend, to access the drain pumps for the hard tanks to run the lines to the opposite side of the boat.

Any model but needs to be a 2010 or newer with the Tige Surf or Pro level with the 350# sac. The boat we are working on has the base level and we are converting it to the surf/pro plumbing so the extra sac can be added.

I'll take pics as I go anyhow but I think the plumbing for the hard tank is the same as the newer boats with the surf/pro options. Is he adding an additional pump for the new sac or trying to plumb it into the hard tank below from the factory? I bet you already sent them to my ballast thread or the others that added onto the factory system?

He already has supplementary fill and drain pumps, but is removing a standard fly high sac and installing the W005-S. The plumbing for a system with the base level ballast is quite different than one with the Surf or pro because of the 2 fittings on the bottom of the surf sac that integrate into the plumbing some how. I have an idea, but was hoping someone with the OEM surf or pro ballast option could help with some reinforcing info.

The two ports at the bottom of the surf sacs go into the top of the hard tanks. Are you looking for more specifics?
