Adding the Convex VX platform to existing Tige boat

Guys,
I need your help. Does anyone know if it is possible to order the VX platform and mount it to a 2010 Z1 to get a longer/taller wave. I have plenty of ballast, but I would like to get a surgate or the new Convex VX without having to buy a new boat. Sorry if this seems stupid. I am new to all of this. Thanks.

If you search there are a few discussions about this on here. If I remember correctly Tige is only set up to retrofit to 2012 as that is the current bracket type for the swim platform. There is also a lengthy wait as supply can't keep up with demand right now. VX's are just going on production boats currently. People have reported being told late summer/ early Fall to get one. I think someone said that after they catch up with production boats and 2012 boats, then they may retrofit them to older models. Cost is somewhere in the $2500 range for direct replacement(2012/13). Sure it will be more for the older boats as its going to require more work. Hope that helps.
