Gen 2 Racks arrived, 6 tower LED lights are in stalled & wired to tige touch. Tower cover is being made as we speak. Now I'm away this weekend. Will pick up some time after the 16th. Can't wait!

Been out ridin a few times behind the boat. Wakeboarding-front ballast full, rear 75%. Nice wake, needs more bow weight to use 100% rear ballast. I have removed the two "surf sacs" up front. I had to laugh, the left side widens out at the front extending into the pickle fork, smart use of space and good value for the $500 upgrade... The right is identical... Same sac that extends into centre not into pickle fork. I removed them to put in the 2 400# v drive sacs. I will hopefully put 20 hours on the boat next week when I'm away.

Let you know how it goes with pics!

I have not yet been in the water...just put them in the boat. I will be trying the following combos:
          Wakeboarding:
2- 400# sacs in front and 100% rear Ballast
2- 250 lbs sacs front plus 400# on bow seat and 100% rear ballast

          Surfing:
          1-400# sac front
1- 250# in storage locker under seats
          1- 600# in rear locker

The boat needs more weight up front for both wakeboarding (to plane out) and surfing (create a descent pocket). Ideally a custom horeshoe sac with two different sides would be the best. Horshoe to prevent it sliding down when the boat is planing out. The stock 'surf sacs for the front are a good start but do not utilize the centre bow, the pickle fork area or one foot infront of the heater and same on the other side. This area is wasted space that needs to be ballast. Im thinking a well laid out custom front sac could hold a true 400# to 450# on each side. I will look into this route if the V drive Bags dont do the trick.

More once back from Vaca...cant wait!

Base level is 900lbs and consists of 2 250lb in-floor hard tanks in the rear lockers and a 400 lb bow sac.

The Surf Level is 1600 lbs. This is done by adding a pair of 350 lb sac in the rear lockers.

Pro Level is 2000 lbs. This is done by replacing the 400 lb bow sac with a pair of 400 lb sac.

In addition to this, We have some custom surf sacs that can go in place of the OEM 350# sacs. These are Plug-n-Play if you have the Surf or Pro level option.

If you are ordering the boat, then get the Pro level. If you are getting one from dealer inventory, let us know what ballast option it has.

As far as I know, Tige is still using the same strut, so the ACME 1235 could be a prop upgrade option. If its too tall, then you can just drop down in pitch a little from the 537's 16 pitch. Maybe something like the 1631.

If it has factory ballast it does.

Vie pumps that are turned on by the captain. Did you buy your boat new from dealer?

Never mind on the question. I see you bought Chris L's boat. You boat does have 2 in-floor tanks in the rear. These tanks are filled and drained by pumps that are controlled by the driver through the Tige Touch, or manual switches for boats without Tige Touch.

They fill prior to the bags filling I believe. They are only 250lbs so it doesn't take long.

Gotcha. Maybe that is why I have ran into wake lip issues because of too much weight in the back. I wasnt accounting for 250 on each side.
