Chpthril- knowing that I'm going with 2-400lbs sacs in the front is it best to factory order with 2-200s vs 1 400lbs sac.

Weigh the cost. I think you might find it easier to sell the integrated bow sac over 2 individual 200# sac.

Yes, we do alot of surfing at night. I am thinking of mounting the c 6 light bar lights only, direct to the tower.

Does anyone know how much two 400# sacs would fill? On my 22Ve, my single 400 does not fill to capacity. Is the Rzr bow space larger?

I'm pretty sure my factory 400lb sac fills completely. I'm interested in doing 2) 400lb sacs but would like to see exactly how this would work. It seems like in order to fill the sacs you would have to infringe on a lot of storage space on both sides, unless the factory bag is not using all the available space in the bow, under the seating.

The RZR definitely needs more weight up front!

Yea the rZr does need more up front. Just cram a person or two in the bow or Add a sac if necessary is what I do.
No you don't need to re prop chp is right on the prop I believe and thing has absolute balls, goes 47 and pulls hard outta the hole with over 3k of weight.

I just run a 500 # sac and people extra under the benches for surfing and the wake is quite nice, could it be bigger? Yea. Would it get sketchy? Probably. It sits about 3 inches from the rail as is with that weight. Then I just toss the bag up front if I think it's necessary.

IIRC, the under seat bow storage of of the 08Ve was just like the 06 and was divided from the mid-ship storage by a bulk-head. If so, this prevents the bow sac or even a pair of 42" long 400# sacs from fully stretching out. if you look at an RZ2/4, the bow storage is open to the mid-ship.

So if this is the case, one could get a little adventurous and cut out the divider and allow the sacs to fully extend.

Also as you mentioned the two 4oolbs sacs are avaliable for the front and someone also mentioned that you can factory order with two 200 lbs sacs vs 1 400. I would think that the 2- 200lbs sacs would be the way to go to easily plug and play for the 2- 400 lbs up front? do the 400lbs bags fill full?

Thanks to all for feedback and the welcome to the Tige Crew. I am doing a one off RZR with All black, mushroom pannel with graphite pannel trim and brow. Interior will be mushroom where the white is 80% of interior, Graphite secondary colour and minimal white.

Should be a beauty...I am pumped to factory order a boat that will fit in the garage. that being said, I am getting a tower soc cover made to protect from bugs when trailering. Also going to get the dealer to install a roswell c4 lightbar! Does anyone have comments on that lightbar on the Alpha tower or have a better suggestion?

                  I will post some pics.
Here is some info on the custom rear surf sacs. I'll PM you a price on the W701 V-Drive set.

My 400 lb bow bag fills 100% and I see verry little extra room under the bow. If you go with 2 400 lb bow bags, the bag legs must extend into the storage area in front of the driver and passenger seat compartment to add the additional weight. Having said this, you would lose some storage space. If you do get these 2 400lb bags, please let us know how the boat performs with the weight to 1 side.

What are the dimensions of the stock 400 lb bag?

I have the v drive bags- 2- 400lbs 42"x16"x16" with the fill & drain on the same end of the bag so it should be plug & play. I just don't have the RZR till end of may.

Yes the RZR arrived in Muskoka Ontario at Port Sandfield Marina. I take delivery in two weeks when the gen 2 clamping board racks arrive. In the mean Time they are installing 6 led Roswell tower lights for surfing at night and making a custom tower sock for trailering. Boat colours turned out amazing... I think it was a first for the interior choices. Will post pics soon and put in 2 400# v drive bags in the front and update on how much the fill/extend.
