After getting the supplies that I needed, thanks Chp, and asking many questions, thanks to all that helped, I got an official start today. I drilled two thru hulls for the intake pumps and two thru hulls that will be drain / vent lines. I used Rule 405FC pumps. At this time I am only doing the rears. I am going to manually do a front sac and see if I use it or want it.
Didn't go quiet as smooth as I would have hoped but I think I go them done. Thanks to my wife for being my second set of hands. She even crawled under the boat in fiberglass dust to hold the thru hulls for tighten.
The thru hull next to the bilge looks lower but on the inside it was higher, go figure.
I did do some things that I would have done different, but that is how you learn. I probably should have wore long sleeves. My arms have fiberglass all over them and showering didn't help.
I need to run the wire and the hose and I will be set. I am going to run the drain / vent lines to the opposite side and put a check valve on the vent line before it tees in.
