    Thru Hull Placement Help

I am now working on the ballast install and need some help and advise on the thru hull placement. I am running 5 pumps off of 2 thru hulls. A 1 1/4" and a 1". Below is a pic of the area I think I want to go with. The 1 1/4" is marked with the actual thru hull. Is this location ok? I believe it is far enough forward and to the side of the speed pickup to not interfear. The 1" is marked with the 1" elbow. Is this location ok? Advise please....

Looks ok to me, that's where 2 of my factory thru hulls are located.

In regards to placement: As long as the thru-hull is not too close to the center line of the keel and not over a trailer bunk.

Do to the angle of the hull, your plumbing will be taking a quick rise toward the water line. I think you may find it to be a good fit to have the manifold as close to the V-drive as possible and the motor of the pump exiting off toward the starboard stringer, v's toward the v-drive as it is. This would keep a constant uphill travel toward the pump outlet.
