Thanks dude. I'm anxious as well. I'm not expecting to have the biggest wake on the planet. I have to be realistic about it. The whole point of the project was to give me decent wake without having any visable ballast in a traditional D-Drive and without having to be a Nazi about having everybody in the back corner as tight as can be and no more manual pumps and sacs. Just a nice simple, effective system. If get lucky, maybe I'll have to plumb in some front ballast (which is loosely planned already).

Another thanks to xp for the lights.

It's actually truckbed liner. I hard them shoot it without the texture so that it would be nice and smooth and non-abrasive on the sacs. It's hard to tell what it actually looks like from the pics. It's so black that its really hard for the camera to focus on anything. Found an old work contact that now runs a truck accessory place. $200 to shoot the boat and all the parts.

Everything is in. Tank is in, wiring is in, plumbing is in. Just waiting on upholstery for the hatches. I'm gonna summerize the boat, get the new batts in and put some fuel in that new tank and see if it fires up.

Thanks guys. Hopefully the hatches will be in my hands by Saturday so that I can get the latches in them and then get them mounted and get out for a water test on Sunday. I'm working on some wiring now while I'm switching over to the new batteries. It's a lot easier to do while the batteries are out. The new ones are bigger and heavier and its already a heave-ho to get the smaller ones in and out. I figure I'll test everything with the old cranking battery before I drop the new daddies in.

I forgot to post a pic of the re-rig on the transom.

What light, transom LED, did you use?

I did some searching and it looks to the one of the Bulletlines.

Yup, those are the Bulletlines X600. I kind of bought them on a whim from xpjim. He only wanted $125 for both. They are not the most incredible light in the world but, they don't have to be. I'm not sure if I'll ever even use them but, the timing was right and so was the price.

Wiring clean up done. Transom lights are wired up and functioning. Pulled all the cabin speakers out of the already out interior panels and did a full clean of the panels and speakers. Installed new ends for all speaker wires since I had it apart anyway. Pulled the covers off the amps and checked and cleaned. Tidied up some stereo wiring. Ready for batts.

                                Almost there...
