Those hatch covers turned out great and Those hinges you found look like they are the way to go
Thanks man. The bottom of the hatches still look kinda funky. I was worried about the weight with those hinges. While just about perfect in design for what I need, they aren't overly strong. They are at maximum capacity right now and if I shake the boat around, they will let the outer hatches fall. The center ones are perfect. They hold great. I think I'm going to add another set to the outer hatches though. Then I can do some trim panels for the bottoms. I just had him slap some carpet on them for now to get it up and running.

Added more hinges. Much, much better. I think they're gonna work out fine.

Boat runs. Though take some outside shots to get some perspective.

Truly a professional job, Nicky. Looks better than factory. Though it's gonna be a bit painful sitting on those exposed pumps....

Thanks man. I think it turned out alright. There's are couple more small details I need to fiddle around with but, she's ready for sea trials.

Those pumps are more comfortable than they look.

Nice job! For such as small area the casual passerby would have no idea the amount of work that went into that "sun pad". It blends right in and looks factory, a regular transom activity center you have there

Thankyou sir. I've always felt that if no one notices at first glance, its a good thing. Well see how the crew reacts to it. I'm sure they'll appreciate me not having to **** around in the trunk to make the surfwake happen. That was the ultimate motivation.

Thankyou. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

Very supurb work you have done. Glad to see it all come together. We all know the amount of work and the attention to detail you did. Thanks for sharing those pics. Great job.

Thanks guys. I'm sure that if I had to do it again, I could do it much faster. Working it out as you go takes twice as long or in my case three times as long. Oh well, it'll be worth it.

A couple more pics. I put in some velcro straps to keep the vent lines from dangling around in the openings of the ballast lockers. Also a pic of the lights.

                              Before pics...

Ha, basically three pieces. The seat back, the trunk "floor" (top of the tank) and the cover for the fuel sensor. Talk about basic.

Looks nice. I wish I could execute the attentioin to detail, My mind pictures great outcomes of my projects, my execution suffers.
