Hi I have a 20v just wondering how much ballast I can run? I have no factory ballast! At the moment I have about 1261pounds, 793 in the back and 462 in the front, could I go more?

Those are some fairly exact numbers on the weight. Can I ask how you came up with them?
So far as how much, how much is it legally allowed to carry? Obviously breaking that is your call. I for one would never overoad a boat.

i have a RZR, we run roughly 2000 lbs every time we're out and i have pushed it to about 2500 evenly dispersed and it hasnt been an issue, and have had no issues with dunking the nose or handling. I know they are very different boats but they are virtually the same size and i understand that the rzr developed from that hull so i would think around 2000-2500 would be the limit at around 22-24mphComment
