Need Help with what fat sac for '03 22 V Riders Edition

New to the forum. Just bought boat in August and now looking to get a fat sac. Should i get the 750 or 1100 for rear? Not sure if 1100 will fit 50x24x24. Cost is around $300 with pump. We would like to do wakeboarding and surfing. Will i need another up front 750? Thanks for any info......

The 1100 doesn't fit the space well. It's too long and and really restricts how well it will fill. For a little bit more just get a custom sac made that will fill the space better. We surf my buddies 03-22v all the time, we fill a bow sac full then 1100 (again doesn't fill well) then a 450 on top of that in the locker. No idea how much weight we really get. Wakeboarding we just run the bow sac full and people in the back. Or if we have a small crew then we run 450 in each locker.

How do you like your 03 22V. I'm looking at buying one here in about 2 weeks same year and model. I have had two tige's 2001 21i and my last boat was a 2007 20V. Was looking at the new RZ2 but I just dont want to spend that kind of $$$ for a boat I can only use 5-6 Months out of the year. We are big into Surfing and I plan on putting lots of weight in the boat.

For wake-boardung, you will need 2 or 3 sac. One in the bow and one in each v-drive locker is ideal, but you could get away with one in the bow and one across the back in the floor. Or run no weight at all.

For surfing, adding bow weight is not always a must have for a decent wake. It depends on the boat (some hulls really like it and some dont) as well as depends on what you want out of the wake.

For the rear: The Fly High W707 750# sac and the W719 1100# Jumbo Surf sac are both 50" in length, so both will will run up under the seat a little. The W719 Jumbo is only 4" taller then the W707, so for some one thats going to manually fill the sac, I do not see this being any more of an issue then the W707.

A custom sac is the ideal way to insure the best fit.
