    Ballast idea. Thoughts????

Looking for more weight (for surf wake) and interested in your thoughts. This is my first summer surfin but am already pretty hooked. I have a 2010 Z1 with standard 900# ballast and a 750# fat sac on the port side (no goofy footers in my crew). Considering building a platform above my 750 to put another bag on top. Anybody done anything like this and do you think it will be worth it?

If you have room to put another 750LB sack on top of the one that is there then I would suggest you just measure out your locker and have a custom sack built that will fill it to the rim. Am not familiar with the Z1 but if the storage also runs up under the observer seat you can include those dimensions also and have them make a sack that fills the locker and has a leg that runs up the side... can probably get atleast 1200lbs or more out of that mix and plumb it right into the overflow on the port side.

By far the best long term solution.

Temporarilly, 1 bag on the seat port side and one on the floor port side will have the same effect. However....the more weight you put in the rear, the more you need in the front. Alway keep that in mind when adding weight.

One of our 1200 Lb custom "L" shaped sac will be the way to go in you Z1. You can buy a pump and manually fill, plumb it with its own fill/drain system (best setup) or piggyback it with the factory setup (works, but not as ideal).

What are the dimensions of the 1200# bag? I like this option with the plumbed in option (already tired of the manual fill). Thanks CHP.
