I put an acme 615 on last year that really helped but can't get rid of the sound. What prop do you run? Do you have this issue? TRD, if you are out there, do you have any thoughts? Has anybody waterskied with a 653 prop?
      Thx

          Bolo,

Not sure what prop I've got, haven't had to change it since I bought the boat. I will look when I get home from work.

Alright, time for an update! Been too busy, but managed to find time to get the project almost finished and got to the lake this past weekend.

I got the rear hatch notched and reinstalled.

The side sac pump is installed. I was a little worried about this hose routing...

Starboard and port drains are drilled and finished.

I made a switch plate to go up under the left side of the dash. Worked pretty well. If I upgrade sound and end up with some sort of control, or if I add LED's in the future the switches will go in this location.

Although one of my Ballast Puppy's was DOA (bad motor), I was able to T the line from my other pump to get to the lake to do some testing. Thanks to chpthril for great customer service to get me a new pump!

It does make the back a little tight to move around in, but definitely worth it.

I was really happy with the wake. Was able to get the rubrail within an half inch of the water, side sac was not quite full so some room to improve there.

Night and day difference! Went from having to work to simply stay in the pocket to being able to ride all over. Still playing with TAPS and speed a bit. You other guys out there with 21i's what are you running for taps and speed?

It was also funny to watch a couple guys who hadn't surfed before drop in over the wall

Right on man. Wake looks great. I really like how you have a ton of ballast and no tower.

I'm still looking for a more accurate GPS speedo for my phone but, the one I have reads 11 mph. I always run the taps at 8.

speed 10.8 to 11 and taps at 4.

what is you sac setup? how many sacs and what is the weight and where are you placing them?

                        Your wake looks awesome.

I am looking at the same setup w/ 1 approx 200# (it is a 320# sac, just not filled all the way) under back seat w/ seat is still in the boat, (2) 400# sacs on the same side when surfing and now a 155# brick up front. I am planning on adding a 320# sac up front. It will also be plumbed for both sides of the boat.

Can anyone answer why don't you put the switch on the dash in place of (2) of the ACC switches. Mine don't seem to be hooked up anything. I this possible?

In Jasons boat, we swapped the 400 for the 750, and he is manually filling the 400 if its only a few peeps out.

He only had one unused ACC switch and we used it for the stereo, so the ballast switched got located on the other side of the help in the other bezel next to where he located the head-unit remote.

That is a nice looking wave for sure. My most sucessful surfing has had slightly less # than you guys run but my speed is 9.5-10 with the plate at 4. I need a 300# front sac and then I'm sure i could speed up a bit which wouild also move the wake away from the swim platform a bit. I have a feeling it will also tone down the vibration/cavitation I get

My acc swithches-one for the stock stereo and the other i don't know.

I should have said before, my wake pics were at 10.5 mph and TAPS at 4. Seemed to get more of a curl on top at taps 8.

Between the blower, bilge, shower, and lights my switches were all used up. I would have liked to have the switches on the right hand side, but the stereo remote and heater switch were in the way.
