750 lb Fly High sac

I am thinking about using these bags in the lockers of a rz2 so I have 1 bag for boarding and surfing but while we board I will only fill the bags about half way to keep the 60 40 split between front and rear. My question is is it ok to just fill the bags half way? Or will they move around to much causing the fittings to break? How bad wil the water sloush around to much?

you should be fine. They kind of conform to the compartment so I would assume you wouldn't get so much sloshing around.
