Ok I'm putting in a tsunami pump ballast system this week and I'm trying to find a 12volt or manual valve to use after the ball valve on the through hull fitting I don't want to have to reach down ever time I want to fell or drain the ballast and I want to control it from the dash area I did find 12 volt waste valves for DVD but they are a little high and I thought about fish live well manual valves but can't find any one who has used them and my past bass boat ownership reminds me I was always fusing them cause they tend to leak also found the fly high vales on wake maker but I think I would need bigger than 1200 pumps to get the water from the drivers area back to the v drive sacks I though I had found the answer with sprinkler auto valves but there 24 volt and im trying to figure out a way the make them work big plus is they are only 13 bucks please chime in please I will be posting picks of the ballast and fae install if I can figure out how to post the picks

Ok thanks for the photo info I know you don't probably need to but the last 2 I did like this for my friends all say the same thing I will be saying soon witch is I hate having to move people around and open the engine hatch or somewhere else to open a ball valve every time I want to cange weight like when we change riders or wake surf I hope I'm not trying to reinvent the wheel I know some factory ballast have electric valves for that reason(

Ok, first off, sprinkler valves suck....period! Go read the moomba and supra owners forums and you will see why they are all gutting the systems and rebuilding with out the sprinkler valves.
Next, if you want to use them, the 24V ones will work on 12V.
RV's use Gate valves, but they are often good for 1-2 seasons and then the crap out.
You cna get manual valves that are gable driven, never used them, so I cant say much on them
2 T1200's off a single 1' thru-hull will be fine.
Have you solved the fitment of the T1200's 1-1/8" threaded inlet yet? Using the reducer that brings it down to a more common 3/4" thread REALY slows the pump down. Not much faster then the T800 and now its almost the price of the faster Rule 1100GPH.
It is possible to design and build a system without the need of having to close a manual or electric valve after filling. Use a thru-hull mushroom and not a scope. In most cases, with the depth of the Tige boats, you can sometimes even get away without the need for anti-siphon valves for preventing passive filling.

Yes wake maker is sending me a new adapter which is 1 1/8 x1 in see if they work. Also just to be clear should I put check valves on the 2 1 inch fill lines? Also has any used Manuel fly high valve thats on wave maker? And if so do you think I T 1200 pump will work to push water to from back of boat to driver area and back to v drive sacs?
