Ok got my dual rear and dual bow ballast switch from Tige. Looks sweet! Does anyone know what the blue wire is? Accessories, ignition, dimmer? Goes to the top left on the switch.
The blue wire is to light up the switches when you turn the Nav lights on. You should see this same blue wire on your gauges.
Looks good Duff keep up the good work.
Got a bunch done! Dual bow ballast is plumbed and wired, all through hulls drilled and plumbed. Should finish most of the stereo, FAE etc.. today! Just waiting on a few fittings from wakemakers that I didn't calculate with and a few more feet of hose and the dual rear 1800+ sacs will be done and installed. Using these pumps has been challenging and awesome at the same time. Th 1.5" is a pain to deal with but hopefully 4-5 minute fill time will make me happy
When you pulled the floor out, are there only the screws holding the rear of the floor panel down or are there more holding it down at the front of it near the driver's seat area?
Looks like there are only fasteners holding down the floor at the rear section...true?
FAE will be going on this week. Just waiting on a few things, a pair of 10 inch wetsounds revolutions, custom sacs and a few more feet of hose and she will be done.
Wow...what a project you have taken on and done a great job on! Thank you for posting the pictures. It really helps me understand where things are and how things are done on.
1.5 inch ballast hose isn't for the faint of heart. Very tough to work with. I switch from goofy to regular 4-5 times a day and I hate having long waits for fill and drain. Also I get worried about storms etc.. and want my ballast out as soon as I can. Should be done this week.
