      Duffy,
When you ran the fill/drian lines to the bow you went on top of the gas tank.
Looking at the picture on page 6 of your thread.

Did you have to drill holes to have them come out in the bow locker, under the front seats? I want to run mine the same way, but not sure how you got the hose into the locker.

I ran them up the vents in the large observer lockers, then up the side into the bow and then back down. First great.

Took a look last night and that seems to be a great way to do it.

          Thanks Duffy

Someone asked for my custom 24v sac drawings, so here they are. This thread brings back fun memories of the build! The sac shape works great. Don't forget to brace the engine dividers!

This thread has been my go to for months on my build, should have all the gear here in a few months to get started. I haven't worked up the courage to cut my wakeboard racks yet though to turn them into surf racks, as I occasionally still break the wakeboards out.
My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

Thanks! I am glad my build helps some folks. Older Tiges are budget surf machines!

I have always had passive draining issues on my rear sacks. I have them empty hoses run to the opposite side, but still at 1.5" hoses the water just moves to freely. I put 1.5" brass solenoids in this year and the wave was fun and all sacks stay full now.

This pictures is with the new nauticurl suckgate This is a 24v 11.75 mph with dual 1900 rear sacks, dual 350 bow and 100# lead in the bow. Taps at 4.5. Rear sacks were 75% surf side and 50% opposite side (estimated), front full. 2 people in the boat. I will try more of the sacks filled next time.

Nice. How are you liking the nauricurl? We just tested a diy sucgate with the nauticurl inspiration and didn't really like it as much as our original design. Obviously your wave is amazing but, have you tried any other sucgates?

I have built 5 now. Seems to be about the same effect on the wave. I think the further back the angle plate the better.

What about just re-powering yours? Your current motor would sell easily.
