    RZ2 Ballast

My 2010 RZ2 has stock ballast of 1600lbs. I then add my own fat sacs equaling 1500lbs.
    3100 pounds total.
    THE WAKE IS AMAAAAAZING.
    Anyone else relate to me?

Have you sunk the boat yet? 3100lbs of ballast before the first person enters the boat - it's rated at 2,500lbs people + gear. I gotta see the wake!

What up guys. I'm on my phone, I'll put up pictures soon.
The wake is definitely a MONSTER. Best wake I've ever hit, better then loaded out malibus and nautiques. As for the weight placement-
300 in the very very front.
440 in the front on the floor.
2 540's side by side in the back on the floor, but only filled up to about 400lbs each.
If I have people in the boat, I usually don't fill the 300 in the front.
The taps is at 1 or 2.
Speed is 23.6 but could go faster.

Can you take pics of the bag setup? Sounds like you had kept the sacs from a previous boat probably like most of us. I have 2 750's and 3 500's. I haven't used them to wakeboard though. The extra 750 in the back corner is awesome for surfing

I like to ride fast, i can ride 75ft or 80ft with no problem prefer to ride all the way out most of the time but that was the current set up last time i ran 4,000lbs with the standard 2,000lbs i can ride 80 at like 24mph taps at 7 no problem.

You and mad mike. Is all that extra weight worth it? The pro ballast is really big by itself. How much bigger is it with all that weight? Does it take long to get on plane? I actually ride 23 at 75' and like the size of the wake with the lower speed, but not any slower. (The wake gets too soft). I might try that weight tomorrow.
