Hello,
I am pretty new to the world of wake surf boats, I haven't been on any before getting my own so I'm learning quickfast about wave settings and such. Being a 21 foot boat, it seems the recommended ballast settings are for it to be all full. But I've been struggling to find a good wave setting. Dealer said start at 4 - 4 so I started there but wasn't having much luck on the 4'8" Doomswell so I got a bigger board and its been a little easier but still very challenging to keep driving forward. I also just figured out after 2 weeks of ownership that the lower number on the surf tab means the plate will extend more, which seems backwards to me. So should I just have the wave tab at 1 ? Would that create the most list and pushiest wave? Should bow bags be empty, full, half full? I can't remember what settings i had in this video but the only way so far ive been able to recover after falling back is to lower my body.
