Help! Drain pump won’t stop on my 2022 23ZX

Hi guys,

I have a 2022 23ZX, this is the second year on the lake. First year was all good, no issues.
second year, replaced batteries.
problem arises: when I press fill all ballast button, water starts to filling but the drain pump starts running as well, after the water filled up the bags, fill pump stopped, but drain pump still running, until the water is emptied. The gauge in the dash still shows 100 % water filled.
what is going on here? Software issues? Or something need to be done after battery change?

Just to rule out passive draining, the water shoots out like the ballast bags are actually draining, all sides of the boat.

Look under the observer seat and seat if the redundant switch is on.

Found these switches, flip it off and fix the problem. Should I leave them all at off position?
