2012 RZ2 ballast won’t fill or empty using Tige touch

Of course the water is flat and we have an issue. If I try to fill or empty the ballast using Tige touch nothing happens at all. It was working fine yesterday. The hard switch will empty the ballast so the pumps are fine.

For some reason I can’t diagnose Tige touch won’t control the pumps.

Thanks for the response. I have already checked the fuses. They are fine. The fact that the manual drain switch works but it won’t drain using Tige touch makes me think the issue is related to how Tige touch is connecting with the pumps.
