2019 21ZX Not Draining Left Under-Ballast

Hey Guys -

We are having a weird issue on our 23ZX. The boat seems to be holding weight on the port side. After draining the ballast using the computer system, and it showing 0 ballast in the boat, there is a slight list to the left side, which gets worse with speed.

We confirmed this by checking where each side of the boat sits in the water - the port side sits about 2-3 inches lower in the water than the starboard. We are having trouble figuring out what to do, and just got the boat back from service, so hopefully don't want to send it in again.

Anyone have any ideas, workarounds, or solutions? Thank you!

To be clear, manually checking the ballast bags in the part you can see confirms that they have drained and are mostly empty -

Click drain after it reaches zero and if water is still coming out you need to reset your ballast timers.
