Ballast not draining!

Hi knowledgeable group! So, I’ve got a 2018 R23 and today for some reason my starboard bow ballast won’t drain. I can hear in the drain hole where water would normally be expelled that something is working, but absolutely zero drainage! I’m wondering if it’s a pump impeller, but if so, how do I access it? TIA!

Did you hear the pump come on? Is the pump air locked?

I only heard what sounded like the pumps coming on through the holes in the starboard bow where water exits. My biggest problem is how I access the pump? Or is there a manual drain?

Take an impact and unscrew the black board and look down you will be able to see the pump right there.

Open the seat back in front of the drivers helm where the heater is located.
