Took our new boat out the last two days. Just learning to drive

Lift the floor access and listen and feel for the 2 pumps running. If they are not, then find their fuse/breaker and check them. If they are running, then id suspect they are air locked. With the boat in the water, you can pop the cartridge motor out, then snap it right back in. This usually lets the air purge and then pump will move water now.

Make sure valves between the hull and pumps are open...
