Is it hard to change the front ballast on a tige RZR 2011,

Why are you changing it? Does it leak or do you want more ballast? I believe in 2011 you could have either 1 bag (surf ballast option) or 2 bags (pro ballast option). Do you know which option your boat has?

I dont think you can get much of a bigger bag in the bow space of the r20. Maybe 50lbs tops. I don't think the r20 was available with pro ballast, either base(900) or surf (1600) both totaling 400lbs in the bow with either 1 or 2 bags.

I'm sure someone else can chime in more but accessing the bow ballast on a rzr is not the easiest task. I think if you go from the compartments under the windshield you might be able to open it up.
