Stupid question: How do you access the front ballast bags on a RZX3?

The fronts aren't so much fronts as they are mid ship. So with that in mind there is access to the rear of them by lifting up the floor under the seats on both sides. There is a small square access panel in the observers locker to get to the front on that side as well as access to the front under the helm by lifting up the seat back in front of the helm and removing the plastic cover right there.
