Is there a prop out there that will help with the wake. I have 02' 22i and a ballast system. The wake is fine but can always be bigger.

Props do nothing to build a wake and do little to actually help improve it. If your prop suffers from excessive slip, this may result in a foamy wake that is soft.
I have heard of some guys seeing some improvements to the face of their surf wake that is opposite the prop rotation. I think this is a result of less slip and cavitation when the pitch and diameter is changed, but the actual size of the wake and length of the pocket stayed the same.
