Dogbert can come sleep in my boat anytime, but dogs in general are only allowed if they are related. I let my sister (who has no kids, so the dogs are her 'kids') bring her shelties into the boat, and I still can rub the carpet and dig up some hair. It will be a year before I cannot find any more hair.

I guess a pit bull or doberman could jump to the swimstep and sleep in the boat, but I bet they wouldn't if given a decent dog house to be in.

I hope no response from Wake means that he has read Matts answer and contacted him and is working it out. I think it was big of Matt to come on and acknowledge a problem and agree to try to resolve it as best he can at this point. I had a problem with a dealer and they denied any responsibility for two years. Now they have a new service guy that understands the word service and things are better. I haven't had Matt do service on my boat, but had worked with him on one occasion where I was going to come to Mead and play for 3 days and then he would service my boat all in one day so the next day I could head home and he was very agreeable to that situation. I ended up at a funeral the week this was to happen so never got the chance to get service from Boats of Nevada. There is always 2 sides to each story and I hope in this case Wake gets his stuff taken care of and that Matt continues to try to offer the best service possible.

I can see both sides. I can see Wakes frustration with having to make another round trip to Vegas from 300 miles away. I think Matt is a stand up guy also. I hope it all works out for both of them.

Everyone gets a little PO every once and a wile.....I have written so many hate emails but don't send them. Its makes me feel better to write it but if I send some I know it's not helping the already bad situation. I'm not defending wake but I hope he was just venting and didn't really mean what he said... I sure Matt has gone above and beyond and taken care of the problem even after he was blasted on this site. Hopefully we can get past this BS and get on the water enjoying the best boats in the world!!!!!
