Thanks everyone - not in the garage yet though... fingers crossed. Bakes5, I am having a hard enough time splurging on the 2015! . Elevated has a nickname for me that you could probably guess, but is not appropriate for this forum.
I was just kidding on the extra $50K on a brand new RZX. Used Z3s (and arguably the 'Bu LSV) are the best boat for the money out there. I do like the first generation Supra SA's as well but their scoop sit a little low. $50-75K on any of those 3 makes a great winter upgrade.
Really...the primary factor in how much one enjoys his/her boat is how many hours you put on it per year. I think I would rather spend 200hrs on a $20K boat than 20 hours on a $200K boat. It boggles the mind how many people have 8-10 year old boats with less than 400 hours on them. Even now, I am checking weather to see if I can get another day or two on the water....Tuesday looks pretty good
Soo...In keeping with the original intent of this thread, I guess my project for this winter is
1) Boat in every month here in Colorado
2) Gel coat repair
3) Get new TT2 screen
As we are going with a brand new 2018 z1. I cant talk about boat winter projects. But some projects in mind for the 2018 grand Cherokee srt.
Going to get a little whipple supercharger in it. Should get the truck from dealer end January. And then bring it to speed shop near my place to work on the Jeep.
Awesome. That's going to be so much more boat than your R20. I'm sure you will love it. Congrats again. Good luck on the tow. Whats ferry run you to get it home??
