I ordered my ballast kit from Chpthrill and I definitely recommend it. He set me up with 2 Surf sacks and an Integrated Bow sack with Rule 1100 GPH pumps for filling all the sacks and draining the Surf sacks and two T800s to drain the bow sack.

I had to cut down the fitting for the fill pump that mounted under the floor.Attached Files- P4080020.jpg (96.3 KB, 504 views)

How long did it take you to do?
I started on a Friday afternoon and finished on Sunday by 5. I didn't work on it all day Saturday because it was to hot so I took a break during the heat of the day. Not sure how many hours total but it consumed my weekend. I think I spent more time thinking about were to mount pumps then the time spent installing them. Definitely worth it though!

Thanks guys!
I finished the install probably a month ago and took the boat out 3 weeks ago to test the ballast out before I reinstalled the cover over the V-drive. That prop is awesome! Thanks Chpthrill you rock! I would have tried to surf and take pictures of the wake but the river was flooded so the current was very fast and it was windy. I also didn't want to risk hitting any drift wood.
