I have a dripless propellar shaft seal that is water tight when not under power but at 30mph spews water into the buldge causing the pump to come on every other minute. Is there any adjustment to tighten this type of seal up or am I having to replace it? Cheers

Mine did this and the bellows needed to be compressed more.
Basically loosen the belows to where they are naturally, then compress by 1 inch. Stopped my leak and has worked great for over a year. I can email PSS instructions if anyone wants.Build thread: http://www.tigeowners.com/forum/showthread.php?14787-Duffy-s-2005-24v-wakesurfing-mod-thread&highlight=duffys+24v

If you adjust the seal, don't forget there are TWO set screws per hole on the stainless ring. The outermost set screws hold in the inner ones, and the inner ones hold the ring to the propshaft.
