It's called a VisionAir Chair and it's made by Attwood. There's a couple of different places you can order yours online.

Here's a recent thread on the topic.

If you have the same type mount I did, and I am sure you do, it will not fit properly. The problem is that the Visionair requires a post pedestal. The post pedestal at a minimum is around 6" of height. Once you add the 6" the seat is too high for the dash and the throttle control to feel confortable.

I picked up an Avenir and it fit great, only you cannot add any swivel option as again a swivel mount adds height and cause the seat to be too high. The Avenir seat is very very comfy and much much cooler than the one you have.

Just to be clear, this is the one that came out of my boat and was too low for the vision air chair in a 2100v. spharis has an older model boat and I think the dash/freeboard on it is even lower than ours.

                    You'll want an 8" pedastal. I bought a 12" and cut it down. I see xpjim's got one that's 9".

Yep I have both 9" and 15". The nine inch is stock and the 15" was a 18 " one I cut down.

                        Pedestals that is!

I think I also have an 8" pedestal, or maybe it's 9"....can't remember. Mine is the rounded bottom and is a brushed aluminum. Looks like this one.
