    Drop Ball Mount

Anyone know of a good place online to find a deep drop ball mount? Looking for a 10" and/or 12" Drop.

My Dodge Ram has a 6" lift with 35" tires, so right there i am 8 inches above a stock ram. I have a 8" drop but its not enough and finding a greater drop is a pain. Class V, 1-1/4" hole. Plus I am looking to go to 37" tires, so there is another inch of rise.

wow I dont need any where near an 8" drop and I have the same setup as you but on a chevy.

I think you are going to have to have one custom made for that long, but Im sure someone on here will know where to get one

I have the same Dodge set up with 37" tires. I have the rapid hitch reciever that Greg has for all trailering except the Tigé. The Tigé get special attention, I found a 12" billet drop that my rock tamers stay on and it fits perfect. I don't know what brand the 12" is but can look on Monday when I am back home. It is only rated at 8,000 # but so is the Rapid Hitch when it is all the way down if you read the warranty. I will post pics and brand after the week end as I am on my way to Moab to climb some rocks.

Called and they only make a 10" adjustable. Which would work for now but not when i throw 37's on.

Found this hitch, has anyone used it before? Looking at the 0"-14". Only interested in the 10"-12" range but its nice to know I'd have room to grow.

BTW, don't go too big with your tires. I ran into Tim (Wetsounds) and they had trouble with his jacked up 4WD F-350 because the tires were too big on a slippery ramp (even in 4WD).

                        Jeez how big were they?

                        37" would be my limit.

I have an 8" lift and 37" toyos on my F150 and a 10" drop is plenty. I bought an alumastinger 10" drop from my local 4WP.
