    gas cap anyone???

Looking for a replacement gas cap for my 99 2100v. First run of the year and my gas cap is now sitting on the bottom of the San Joaquin Delta.

Can someone help point me in the right direction?

    thanks!!

How'd you lose it w/ the chain attached? Or did your boat not have one?

I know this is an old thread, but did you find one or did you have to get one from Tige. Our chain broke as it rubbed against our pier.

Not sure what year you have but look on the filler inlet that is on the boat still and there should be some lettering or at least there is on the 07 models. Most likely 3 letters or so. Do a google search with them and you should be able to get the replacement cap for it. Tige won't have the cap but might be able to tell you who made it for you model year.

I emailed Tige and they found the part number of the item for my 2011 RZ2. For this boat they had used Gem products and gave me the number.

First, I called eddiesmarine, but they sent me the wrong size.... waist of time, even thought they supposedly took the time to research it for me.
