Soon enough, I'll have some better pics up. But in the mean time, I went ahead and got this up.

Good luck on your sale, nice looking ride. What's up with everyone selling their boats this year?

I was getting an RZ... but decided against. I'm actually downsizing CP3 ... going to a 22Ve.

yeah, but the new boat market is good cuz the dealers can't sell them so they are lowering the prices lower and lower. You know there is a min of a 200% markup on boats from what tige sells them to the dealers for.....

200%? So 200% would mean that the dealer paid $20k for a boat they are selling for $60k? A 100% Markup would mean that they sell the boat for $40k. I figured the dealer probably pays $40k for a boat they sell for $60k but they don't sell as many boats a year as car dealers sell cars and I think the dealer is somewhat responsible for some of the warranty repairs aren't they?

Good luck on the sale of yours and with the new 22Ve Tanner!

I actually know what the dealers are supposed to make % wise as I had talked w/ Tige about opening a dealership. But it varies from dealer to dealer, as Tige has "tiers" of dealerships depending on the amount they purchase.... as in everything. That's part of the reason there can be so much variance in price from dealer to dealer.

% wise.... they are making a standard % for a sales company no matter what market your in.

It's not 200% though is it?

HAHA... not anywhere close. Maybe drop a 0 for a dealer that's bending you over.
