Where can I find a new steering wheel?

I have a 2000 21i with a white steering wheel. It's become impossibly dingy and nothing I've tried will put a dent in the dirt. Does anyone know where I can find a new one? Something other than white would be good, like black. Also, does anyone know any tricks to clean your vinyl. I've bought all the products that claim to work but then don't.
