    2017 Tige RZX3

Ok guys bought a demo from A dealer in Minnesota got to Ga and my boat has no Bimini top. I am getting serious run around from several local dealers . I have gotten 3 prices $1200, $1600 and when I told the dealer I wanted the $1200 one , she said it didn’t come with hardware and it was $2500 with frame and brackets. Anyone have experience, an extra or no where I can look to bypass dealer? Alpha E2 Tower.

Call Tige direct and see if they will ship to you or a local dealer. I believe they are actually in the $2500 range with everything you'll need.

Also, if you're over working with your local dealers, call my guys at Texas Tige, and ask for Larry. (936) 447-8443. He is as straight forward as they come and could ship it to you.

Sick boat, and you stole that thing! Don't be hesitant to put another $2500 into it.

Did the selling dealer rep the boat as having a bimini?

I just went through this. They are $24-2600 and the hardware is another $250ish. Tige will not sell direct either so you have to buy through the dealer. We bought ours up North as well and it seems its not uncommon to not have a Bimini. I wouldn't buy an aftermarket version either. Good luck. Our boat arrives on Friday. Oddly ours are similar but we bought the R20. Yours is absolutely beautiful.6782354_0_311219691600_5.jpg

Could try Great Lakes Boat Top but they may have an exclusivity deal worked out with Tige and they will tell you to talk to the dealer as well. Worth a try.

Sounds like dealer robbed their demo boat to give/sell to another customers.

Seen a few wrecked biminis now. Either lowering for over tower covers and forgetting that bimini position needs to be straight up. Also the little pins dont get fully engaged(operator error) and bimini blows back and bends frame. Had 2 where the main pivot bolts were loose and it allowed just the very tip of the spring pin to engage the machined hole in frame and bimini would blow back.
Regardless, turnaround times on getting a new completes has been pretty slow for us so we have robbed Peter to pay Paul a few times(stock boats get robbed), but we always manage to get a new one to payback Peter before boat gets sold. Maybe Im tripping but it seems like we have waited longer to get the M2 tower biminis than the E2 biminis.

That sucks! On the positive side the boat is absolutely awesome looking and you’ll have a great tan to boot

We have even seen it where the pins were latched but had just enough side to side movement the outer piece was able to pop off and bend the frame when running down the lake. Turn around times have been a little slow with every manufacturer/vendor this year demand has been high this year and I even think the suppliers to the manufacturers/vendors are being delayed by their suppliers. You should call the dealer you purchased the boat from and see if they are willing to work with you on purchasing one and just shipping it to you. They are very easy and straight forward to install.

Duane-think you've been dealer with my co-worker on this. He has been on vacation the last couple weeks. If you need to order up the bimini, give me a call at 763-425-2178 and I'll get you taken care of.
