    Upholstery

Our boat is 11 years old, and it's time for some upholstery work in areas. Does Tige have a recommended company they use? Can you take the boat to Abilene and have them make the repairs in the factory? Thoughts? We have the original snake skin and white vinyl with gray. It's lasted this long and we'd like a good quality that will last the same time again.

Where are you located? Maybe someone near you knows of a place.

Most regions have upholstery shops who can do boats with marine grade vinyl- every bit as quality as what it came with. I'm doubtful Tige does this and if they, by chance, did do reupholstered you could bet the farm it would be 3x expensive as taking it to a local shop.

Depending on year of manufacture they use to sell the skins and have the patterns. They only do it for boats out to a certain year. Call them.

Then you find a local guy to install them.

We had our whole boat redone this summer. 2005 tige 20v for just under 3k out the door. We also reached out to tige for a qoute on skins and was informed they only keep patterns for about 5 years or so.

Got my 08 RZ4 done this past spring. I paid far less than I should have but still should have been around $2500 for all vinyl including side panels and helm.
