    2000 21V Riders Edition Trailer

I only recently became qualified to be a member of this exclusive group!! I purchased a 2000 21V Riders Edition. It needs come TLC but I believe it is a solid boat. I purchased it on a trailer that was not designed for the boat but it did allow us to get the boat home.

I am looking advice on how to determine if a used trailer I find is a fit for the boat. I have been looking around for a new trailer as well and I am open to suggestions of companies who make good trailers for my new pride and joy.

Massimo, first and foremost welcome to the Tige Family.

Secondly, might I suggest that you post a thread in the general discussion or the trailer talk threads. You are bound to get more responses.

But to get you going in the right direction boatmate is probably the best place to start, but here are a few others:
    Custom Sport Boat Trailers
    Pacific Trailers
    Extreme Trailers
    BoatMate Trailers
    Shadow Trailers

Not sure where your located but if your near CA. Many of the builders are local to CA.

    Good luck and again welcome
My life's journey is not ending up looking pretty, its sliding in broadside, used up, worn out, screaming "What a Ride"

Welcome, great boat! I have thé same boat stage 3 (315hp injected, perfect pass and heater) ill send you all I have on specs of the boat/trailer. It ça me with à Dorsey doble axel trailer. Remember it is à 3000lbs boat. So breaks are à must.

I went down this route just last year when I had my 21v.....long story short I ended up purchasing a new Boatmate....well worth the investment..

You might be able to find a custom builder but boatmate has the specs, etc to just order the trailer and be done....$4,250 I believe is what I paid for mine. Only additional item I had put on it was the ratcheting tie downs....

Welcome to the family man... My trailer is in pretty rough shape as the bunker boards are in dire need of replacement but is a Dorsey... they don't make them anymore but if you research you might be able to find one somewhere....

As per your boat, they're a legendary model that still throw a killer wave when properly weighted. Do some look arounds on the site and your bound to find your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd projects pretty easily.

Where are you located?! Don't forget to post the pics up of your new baby! Welcome to the best family in boating that money can't buy!

Hey Guys, I have a trailer for my 2002 20v Riders Edition. It is in great condition. I just bought it in December and and looking to sell this and buy a aluminum trailer if anyone is interested in purchasing my current one. I live in south east Texas and the water is brackish, so my aim is to sell this one and use the money for a aluminum.

Does anyone know who builds a good aluminum inboard trailer?
