Feeler for 2 tower speakers samson/exile hcld 7" and a Rockford Fosgate T400-2

I just pulled the tower speakers and amp from my boat today. The amp retails for 400us $ new and not sure of the speakers. They have the mounts for the alpha z tower that swivel and quick connect. I have never left them in the weather since I have owned the boat, can't say for sure about previous owners. They seem to be in decent shape, do show a little wear, the amp looks almost new. Offers?? thanks guys, or give what you think they would be worth.Trade for wetsounds ws420sq?
