    Looking for 97-99 Tige

I am in the process of helping my nephew find his first boat! Does anyone have or know of a 1997-1999 Tige available?? His budget is about 15k...

Thanks for any help you can give me!

    Rick

        That's too bad. I have a 99 2100v with only 230 hours. I was asking $18k.

              Shipping a boat isn't a big deal

You may already know this, but I have used Uship.com several times for boats and RVs. Worth a look in my opinion. You might even have someone ship it to the midway point and then you pick it up.

I had a great experience with Uship although I have heard there is a wide range of experience there. I didn't go with the cheapest bid but went with a highly rated shipper that provided proof of insurance.

I think I paid 1500 or 1600 for Texas to California. I remember thinking it was cheaper than driving out picking up and driving back.

For the right boat, it might be worth it. I would get it inspected by someone who represents you before paying for shipping. The 2100V sounds like great option in that its a V-drive and I think those V drives have a decent beam for that era (100").

Our 97 2200V is a 96 inch beam. The wake is pretty sensitive at slower speeds to passenger distro.
