In Market for 07,08, or 09 22ve

I got a friend that's a dealer and he has 2 07 rz2 comn in one is navy blue and yellow and one is solid black both are on illusion trailers both are in awesome condition fully loaded boats and also a 07 24ve that's in mint shape that's mostly white with a red stripe pm me if your interested thx

Interesting. I was trying to find out what the heck the SS Limited Edition was all about with this boat http://charlotte.craigslist.org/bod/4871851602.html and in my search I found this dealers site with listing options for the 08 22ve. http://www.tigewatersports.com/new_v...atDesc=#detail

Anyway, under powerplant options it lists the 315, so I assumed it was available on the 07 as well.

Having said that, anyone know what the SS Limited Edition on an 08 22ve came with? Any thoughts about that particular boat listed on craigslist?

I doubt an 07 would not have anything smaller than a 340 and the 315 was a Merc, which was dropped a few years earlier.

I would submit that pre-existing ballast is not entirely a bad thing, as the wiring and switch panel can be reused easily for an improved aerator pump setup. In fact in my system I have also re-used the red Johnson pumps to add to my system to improve speed (paired with Tsunamis). Really very easy to set up with the wires already there.

Yes the tanks were a bearcat to remove, but it was mostly spent in sweat. I had them all out in an hour or so.

Just my $.02. Great luck finding a boat! I personally bought an 06 because I did not know better, but the TBW woes are about to be solved with a throttle and control lever re-engineering. When done, I will have a brand new Hydrophase Ridesteady paired to the MP engine. Bye bye Speedset. It can be done.
